Mould Transfer

A new study has revealed that 1 in 7 companies have moved their operations from China to India during the past two years. This has occurred as a result of companies seeing a reduction in the benefits of overseas production – poor quality, higher transport costs & longer lead times for fulfilment of orders. We have seen the benefit of this as companies seek a reliable, trustworthy and capable partner in India.

Customers have also transferred tools to us as a result of seeing dramatic rises in polymer prices and polymer supply problems, with their incumbent manufacturer. If you are experiencing such difficulties then speak to us. We have excellent relationships with a number of major suppliers and although we cannot guarantee that we can obtain lower polymer prices, our strong financial position means that in most instances we can carry stocks of both polymers and finished products, in order to secure your supply chain.

At Apex Technoplast we have benefited from these trends with a number of tools being moved to us in the past 18 months. Whether you are looking to move mould tools from overseas, or just within India, you can be assured of Apex Technoplast’ support every step of the way.

Whatever You Want

Due to the wide variety of industries and customers that we serve we have experience of processing most injection moulded polymers. This includes prime material, reprocessed plastic, glass filled polymers and mineral/talc-filled material. In addition, we use a range of material additives and masterbatches including flame retardants, anti-microbials, and blowing agents. Furthermore, we undertake a significant amount of insert and outsert moulding.

Our ERP system provides full traceability and complete flexibility. We can manufacture to order or work to schedules. In order to offer you the best price and maximum flexibility, we can manufacture your plastic mouldings in larger quantities and hold a balance in stock for you to call-off as required.
