We have 3 major plants located in the industrial state of India - Maharashtra. All facilities are ISO 9001:2015 certified. We are also Business Social Compliances Initiative (BSCI) Certified.

Initial Setup and Infrastructure
Apex began in Byculla with hand-moulded sunglasses and funnels, soon partnering with leading stationery brands for bottle caps. Early sustainability efforts included recycling scrap plastic using extrusion moulding—a pioneering step in eco-conscious manufacturing. Expansion brought units for rulers, paint boxes, and tea strainers. The Kurla unit scaled production of caps, cementing our growth. These strategic, sustainable foundations propelled Apex into an industry leader.
Strategic Growth and Modernization
Apex’s expansion accelerated with our Vasai operations, establishing dedicated units for sketch pen assembly and manufacturing lead tubes, geometry boxes, and crayons. The acquisition of Grip Writing Instruments boosted capacity at Golani Naka. Our boldest leap came with the 50,000 sq. ft. Khopoli plant—a fully integrated, state-of-the-art facility featuring injection moulding machines (80-350 tons), an in-house tool room, and 25,000 sq. ft. of inventory warehousing. This evolution from niche manufacturing to industrial-scale production reflects our commitment to innovation and market leadership.
